You can find the Sanctum Sanctorum inSpider-Man 2by going to Greenwich. The structure is on the western side of the map and southeast of the Greenwich area. It’s on the border of the Financial District. It’s fairly difficult to spot, but the highlight you want to look out for is its strange purple, orange, and yellow-stained glass.

Unfortunately, Spider-Man doesn’t reference the building at all while staring at it. It would have been neat to get a nugget of information on Doctor Strange in this game’s universe. There is a mission involving it and some of the residents inside the building, however.
