When is thePaliaClosed Beta?
The Closed Beta forPaliaofficially started at 1 p.m. EST on August 2. Those that had the chance to play in the Alpha version of the game before its beta release had their accounts wiped ahead of the beta launch.
In order to have a chance to join thePaliaClosed Beta you mustcreate an account on the website. Once you have an account, you automatically have a chance to receive Closed Beta access. If selected, you will receive an e-mail with details on how to access the closed beta test and downloadPalia.
When is thePaliaOpen Beta?
About a week later,Paliawill enter Open Beta. The official date is August 10. OncePaliaenters Open Beta, all players will be able to download and join. However, you will still need an account so you should probably go ahead and create one that way you also have the chance of beta access.
The developers, Singularity 6, have not provided a timeframe for how long they think the beta will last. However, with there being no more intended wipes, the beta is essentially a soft launch forPalia.In fact, the Premium Shop is already in the game which is a feature that usually isn’t enabled until a game launches.
Furthermore, the developers have already outlined a slew of new content coming over the next few monthsincluding a new themed event, beards, new quests and storylines, new villagers, furniture and decor, crops, and recipes.
