Scheduled to be at GDC
Valve isn’t communicating its plans for its fabled Steam machines all that well. Who could forgetCES 2014’s anticipated eventthat basically resulted in Gabe Newell pointing to a list of names and then leaving? We’ve known about these things for years, but it seems like there’s still so much to learn.
Hopefully that’ll change soon. Valve sent out an email to us asking if we’d “like to set a time to see the latest Steam machine devices” at GDC. At least they haven’t been put on the back-burner. But, we’ll have to wait until early March to see if Valve feels like sharing a time-table and more about its plans for these elusive rigs.
