Fan favourite up for the ruck
Square Enix has announced that one of theFinal Fantasyfranchise’ most recognisable and beloved characters is headed toDissidia Final Fantasyas DLC. That hair, those gloves, it’s none other than spunky sister Tifa Lockheart.
June has been a good month for Tifa fans. The cheerful, hard-punching galmade herFinal Fantasy VII Remakedebutduring E3 week, with this newDissidiaappearance a more-than-welcome bonus. As you can see in the trailer below, Ms. Lockheart will be bringing her CQC to the action RPG, throwing down foes with a flurry of power punches and heavy kicks.
Tifa will hit the arcade version ofDissidiafirst, arriving in an update on June 27. Tifa will then be available to purchase in the home editions from July 3,where she will join fellowFFVIIstars Cloud Strife andSephiroth.
Dissidia Final Fantasy is available now on PS4 and PC.
