Classic trilogy returns next month
Activision and developer Toys For Bob have released a final trailer heralding the return of late ’90s PlayStation hero Spyro the Dragon, who returns in just under a month in theSpyro Reignited Trilogy.
Reignitedtakes the young dragon’s three classic adventures:Spyro the Dragon,Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage!andSpyro: Year of the Dragon –and rebuilds them, applying a fresh coat of paint for a new generation of fans. The launch trailer gives us a look at all three games in action, as well as reuniting us with a roster of forgotten friends and enemies.
Given the incredible success of the fellow PlayStation remake releaseCrash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, its a pretty snug bet that Activision will have another huge hit on their hands, whenSpyro Reignited Trilogylaunches, November 13, on PS4 and Xbox One.
