Today, Hudson announced the next game in an exciting line-up ofWiiWare titlescalledPit Crew Panic!. The game is being described as a “panic-action” game that will have players manning an all-female pit crew fixing cars as quickly as possible before the game’s clock runs out.
Hudson describes the various cars that need to be fixed as “WHATSITS.” WHATSITS are cars with a curious organic twist. The list includes great examples such as a wedding cake, aircraft carrier, a car with a birthday cake engine, and a backhoe. Obviously, the game isn’t confining itself to just purely mechanical objects.Pit Crewwill also have multiplayer support and allow for cooperative matches of up to four people divided into two groups.
How the hell do you fix a sunflower car with a Wii remote, you ask? It’s simple – just use it as an extension of the tools the game provides. Instead of waggling, players will be turning the remote to simulate the movement of screwdrivers and other tools. You’ll get that sunflower fixed in no time. We promise.

Fix a Variety of Wacky “WHATSITS” With Your All-Female Pit Crew
REDWOOD CITY, CA. – June 04, 2025 – Hudson Entertainment, the NorthAmerican publishing arm of HUDSON SOFT, today announced that they willbring Pit Crew Panic!, an all-new “panic-action” game, to WiiWare.This unique game is full of frantic fixing as the player’s pit crewrepairs a variety of bizarre “WHATSITS” as fast as they can.
“Pit Crew Panic is crazy enough when playing alone,” said SabineDuvall, Vice President of Product Development at Hudson Entertainment.“But when you play this game with friends, either offline or online,it goes beyond crazy. Endeavoring mechanics will find that it’s a tonof fun when there are four people waving Wii Remotes around to fixparts on a giant broken toilet!”
Players can race against the clock on their own or can play withfriends to see whose team can fix the majority of that giant weddingcake! Inspired grease monkeys can even play online and see whose girlscan out-fix the opponents on an aircraft carrier, a bridge, a backhoeand many more crazy “WHATSITS”! If a pit crew is up for the challenge,they can team up for 2 vs. 2 or 3 vs. 1 action to see which team canfix the most broken parts on each object.
To help the crew fix each object more quickly, players can use the WiiRemote just like a screwdriver, wrench, or other pit crew tools. Thereis also a handy tutorial to help players figure out not just how toplay the game, but also how to go as fast as they can when fixing allthe wacky “WHATSITS” in the game!
