Get this to build the Inventor’s Tin Horn!
If you’re on the hunt to max outthe Inventor’s job skills, you’ll need to find the Mythical Horn inOctopath Traveler 2. If you collect this alongside theTin Toyand an Empowering Lychee, you’ll have all the components you’ll need for Arkar to craft the Tin Horn for you. Fortunately, finding the Tin Horn isn’t hard at all. You just need to progress pretty far in the game to find it.
Where to find the Mythical Horn in Octopath Traveler 2
The Mythical Horn can be found inNameless Village. You’ll naturally travel here as a part of Temenos’ final chapter, so you quite literally can’t miss this location. However, if you’re having trouble finding this village,check out our guide here.Keep in mind that the road to Nameless Village has a danger level of 45.
Once you enter the village, the Mythical Horn is already within arm’s reach. Walk down the staircase in front of you leading downwards, and follow the path until you see a Beastling guarding a red chest. You need to knock out this NPC to get the treasure behind her, meaningyou must use either Hikari’s Challenge, Ochette’s Provoke, Throne’s Ambush, or Castti’s Soothe. If you decide to fight here, prepare for a surprisingly intense battle against the Beastling. She has a strength rating of eight and can deal significant damage with Mythical Bore, which Hikari can learn afterwards if you so choose.The Beastling is weak to Swords, Daggers, and Light damage.
If you’re not up for combat, Castti’s Soothe is an easy way to get this NPC out of the way. Once you’re done, cross the bridge and open the chest. The Mythical Horn will be waiting for you inside. It’s that easy!
