To obtain this exclusive asset, you’ll need toexchange 8,000 Kan with a merchant in Karakura Town. However, the shop owner only grants access to winners of the intense Karakura Raid. These raids commence every hour, but you’ll need a substantial number of players in the vicinity to meet the match quota.
