Hogwarts Legacywas one of the first big releases of 2023 and was slated to arrive on Switch several months after the original launch. Well, in the age of delays, it’s time for another delay.Here’s the full statement from the development team on Twitter, which did not give a direct reason for the delay:
“Hogwarts Legacylaunches on Nintendo Switch on 11/14/23. We know fans are looking forward to playing on Switch, therefore creating the best possible experience is our top priority. Thank you for your patience.”
It sounds like quality control to be sure, which makes sense given thatHogwarts Legacyhad some bugs that needed to be ironed out at launch. It’ll be interesting to see how the Switch port pans out, and what concessions (if any) will need to be made to get this open world adventure on the last major platform.
