Winter Comiket is almost here and that meansAstebreedstudio Edelweiss has another compilation video showcasing many of the Japanese indie games that will be on sale at this week’s big event.
Comic Market 89kicks off Tuesday, December 29 and runs until New Year’s Eve, by which time hundreds of thousands of people will have poured into the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition center to buy and sell rare self-published goods, including manga, music, games, and other trinkets.
Anything catch your eye? Think of this as a sneak peek at games micropublishers like Playism, Fruitbat Factory, Carpe Fulgur, and Nyu Media might one day localize for western audiences.
