Land of Milk and Cheese

It may seem obvious that Hateno Pasture is in Hateno Village, but that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know. The area around Hateno village is largely farmland, and the pasture itself isn’t, strictly speaking, within the village proper. It’s an important spot to find! There is milkand cheese, and that’s about 95% of my diet right there.

So, don’t panic. We’re here to get you to the promised land of milk and cheese.

Where is Hateno Village

First, you need to find Hateno Village. This isn’t too difficult, and if you playedBreath of the Wild, it’s probably all burned into your memory.

Hateno Village is located near the east coast, roughly in the middle of the map. It’s just south of Mount Lanryu, and on the east side of Necluda. It’s one of the largest settlements in Hyrule, and you’ll know you found it because of the gaudy mushrooms everywhere.

A good landmark to know that you’re headed in the right direction is the Twin Peaks. They’re hard to miss if you travel south of Hyrule Castle and keep your eyes east. If you go between the two mountains and just keep going straight, you’ll eventually get to Hateno Village.

Where is Hateno Pasture

Hateno Pasture is on a plateau overlooking the village. If you go through the front gate and follow the main road, you’ll find it winding upwards. Eventually, you’ll hit a fork in the road, and down one path you’ll see Hateno Pasture. It has a house in front, a fence, but most importantly, there are plenty of cows and goats hanging out in the field behind it.

If you need something more specific, the Hateno Pasture map marker is located at the coordinates 3622, -2105, 0177.
