It’s still March!
I like when companies channel their April Fools’ Day creativity into something real as opposed to just announcing a phony product or service that really ought to exist. This year, Google has another fun interactive gag for us with a playable tribute toPac-Manhoused withinGoogle Maps.
Simply find an area on the map — preferably one that doesn’t have poorly laid-out roads — and click thePac-Manbutton on the lower left of your screen right next to the Google Earth icon.
The controls aren’t flawless, so you might find Pac-Man disobeying your orders, but in my experience that made for a much more challenging, tense experience. Come at me, ghosts!
