Fortnite’sOutlaw Keycard quest is a unique series involving the community banding together and taking all of Fletcher Kane’s gold. He’s been robbing everyone blind, so it’s time for us to fight back. In return, we’ll gain Outlaw Keycards to access Black Market backrooms.
Fortnite Outlaw Keycard quest walkthrough
During the first few days ofFortnite’sOutlaw Keycardquest series, the first mission was to rob bank vaults as a community until we collectively reached 100 percent. As of July 20, 2025, this objective has reached 100 percent, unlocking the rest of the quests and our Outlaw Keycard rewards.

As you complete each quest, you’ll upgrade your Outlaw Keycard to unlock additional services in Black Market backrooms, including hiring NPCs to fight alongside you and buying weapon loadouts.
