Cut the Rope 2 is coming later this year

Cut the Ropeis a perfect example of how such a simplistic design can be so fun. All you have to do is slice up certain points of the map to get candy to the adorable Om Nom, and that’s about it. It was so successful that it’s been downloaded 400 million times, and skyrocketed developer ZeptoLab into the spotlight.

So it stands to reason that after all the success of the original, ZeptoLab hasCut the Rope 2planned for release later this holiday season. “New twists” have been promised, as well as a new narrative. It won’t distract me for more than a few days at a time, but I’m looking forward to it!
