That’s great, but not tonight buddies, American Idol is on. The first spot focuses on a creepy old man (who maybenot coincidentallylooks like that othercreepy old ‘man’ from the Six Flags ads) and his cruel family who find enjoyment in mocking him by seeing what his Mii would look like with, God forbid, an afro (gasp!...

Scarecrow, Captain Cold, and Bane strike fear into newest Injustice 2 trailer

[insert Wizard of Oz reference] I’ve gone back and forth overInjustice 2‘s roster. Some charactershave impressed, othersmuch less so, but if we absolutely need to have a ton of Batman villains again I don’t mind this version of Scarecrow. The latest reveal trailer, “It’s Good to be Bad” (lol), shows off Gorilla Grodd again, a bit more of Bane, some much-needed Captain Cold gameplay (who first appeared for a second inone of the story trailers), and Scarecrow....

Second Life is looking good for its age

But I’ll continue watching from a distance A decade ofSecond Life, and I’m still scared of the unknown. Linden Lab continues to do remarkably well for itself, as does the flagship virtual world. It’s been some time since I’ve checked in, which means I’m the target audience of the developer’s “what’s new” runthrough video. New features forSecond Lifeinclude vastly improved graphics and lighting, quicker texture loading, a reworked user interface, better in-client communication tools, Facebook sharing, improved shopping, and Oculus Rift support....

Consumer Softproducts’ follow-up to 2021’s shared fever dream,Cruelty Squad, is now listed on Steam.Psycho Patrol Risnow available for wishlisting, though there is no announced release window. I had noticed Consumer Softproducts tinkering around with a mech game since the release ofCruelty Squad, but with such things, sometimes an end result is never seen. However, it’s looking more likely with the official name and fancy store page. Psycho Patrol Rhas you play as a federal police officer of the eponymous Psycho Patrol....
