Price range for PS1 games on PSP announced

All you backward compatibility and PSP fans can stop holding your breath now. Sony has finally announced the price range for downloadable PSOne content on the PS3/PSP, and thankfully, it isn’t a direct conversion of the Japanese prices. Games will take up between 140 to 550 MB of space, and will cost between $5.99 and $10.99 (+$599 for a PS3). No European prices have been announced yet (insert Europe launch delay joke), but seeing as how Europe always takes it in the @$$ as far as game prices are concerned, they’re bound to be higher....

SDCC: Another look at Castlevania: Harmony of Despair

Today I had a chance to check out a new level forCastlevania: Harmony of Despair. This new stage, named Lord of Unseen Strings, follows up the first level, which we saw at E3 last month. If you haven’t heard, the thing withHoDis the ability to pan out and see the entire map in miniature. Ubisoft hints at ‘killer DLC’ for SC: Conviction

Don’t get me wrong, “interrogating” (aka beating the sh*t out of people) inSplinter Cell: Conviction‘s single-player story was a blast. WWE All Stars: Full roster, trailer, screens, MR. PERFECT

THQ has revealed the full roster for the upcomingWWE All Stars, along with a fresh collection of screenshots and a new trailer. The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels andMR. PERFECThave all been confirmed, and you may’t do much better than that! There’s a nice mix of contemporary wrestlers, not to mention a suitably creepy amount of dead ones. No Chris Benoit, obviously. I’m not a big fan of wrestling these days, but I used to be, and this game is looking like a must-have....

Monsters and Monocles is a steampunk arcade shooter full of dandies

Promoted from our Community Blogs Monsters and Monoclesis a send-up to the days of quarter-guzzling afternoons spent at the arcade. It’s a top-down shooter full of Victorian dandies and steampunk aesthetics that encourages solo play as much as it welcomes cooperative and chaotic multiplayer sessions. It also features a dog who has a better wardrobe than anyone I’ve ever met. But that’s neither here nor there. Over the last few days, I’ve been raiding desert tombs and shooting my way through mansion corridors infested with the undead....
