John Carmack is involved The company behindthe Oculus Rift, Oculus VR, is apparently developing games internally for the device. It makes perfect sense given that John Carmack is now fully involved with the project, not to mention the other developers that Oculus VR has scooped up over the years. Apparently Carmack’s role may be more software oriented than we thought, as CEO Brendan Iribe (speaking to Engadget) stated, “his heart and soul [Carmack] and history certaintly lies with the game-development side....

The path has gotten a little bit longer In a statement made on the game’s official website, studio Grinding Gearshas announcedthat the PS4 port of action-RPGPath of Exilehas been delayed until February of next year. The studio noted that it is the certification process that has caused the fantasy adventure to be held up, but did note that they were grateful for the extra weeks enabling them to iron out a few more creases....

They require less Stardust With the latest update forPokémon Goon iOS and Android, players can now get “Lucky” Pokémon that need less Stardust to power up. Here’s how it works: “The longer the Pokémon spends inside a Trainer’s Pokémon storage, the higher the chance of them becoming Lucky Pokémon when they are traded.” Simply put, it’s a way for Niantic to encourage folks toget outside and trade often. You’ll also find a few more features in today’s update: One last thing for completionists: Lucky Pokémon data shows up in the Pokédex....
