BioShock on Vita hasn’t begun development

Deal is out of Levine’s hands Despite championing the deviceback in 2011, Ken Levine and the folks at Irrational Games have made seemingly no progress towards a handheldBioShockgame. Apparentlyall the talkabout what the game is was conjecture on Ken Levine’s part; talk about a game he hopes comes to fruition. In apodcast with IGN, Levine mentioned that the project is out of his hands at the moment. Bit Boy!! Arcade is colorful and strange

The trailer’s kind of odd, too Bit Boy!! Arcadehas a second trailer, though I’m quite sure I never saw the first one. But I did investigate, and for a game with WiiWare origins shrunken down to the 3DS, it looks quite good. I’m not sure how I missed it, given its propensity for neon colors and surreal digital landscapes. There’s also a floating head that appears to be the developer. I’m not quite sure what that’s all about, but hey — it looks like it might be a good time if you’ve got a few bucks to spend....

Did you upgrade to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, or are you angry it exists?

GOTY Edition? Mario Kart 8 Deluxeis out on Switch, and I feel like I’ve heard reactions from both sides of the fence. Some folks who maybe missed out on the Wii U entirely are stoked with it, but an equal amount seem to be angry that we’re not even three years removed from8proper, and are being charged $60 for what amounts to DLC. It’s a sticky wicket, absolutely. One way I judge re-releases that are out quicker than usual is whether or not they’re wort the “upgrade fee....
