Dead by Daylight: Is 2v8 mode permanent?

IfDead by Daylight’s 1v4asymmetrical gameplay is a little too intimate for your liking, there’s a2v8 mode coming. For a while, anyway. It will be available from July 25th to August 8th. TheDead by Daylight 2v8is not a permanent mode. Not right now, anyway. It’s time-limited. This doesn’t mean that if you can’t play during the two weeks it’s available that you will never be able to experience it. There’s no confirmed date for when it will return, but theinformative releaseabout it uses the phrase “This first version of 2v8,” which suggests that this is the initial run of the mode and that it will return....

DJ Echo’s deep cuts might be the only good part of Pokemon Go Fest

‘Fix the game’ If you have the potential to feel bad for the purveyors of a multi-billion dollar app, you might have some empathy for this supercut of some of the worst parts ofPokemon Go Fest, which was held in Chicago (say it with me, “deep…dish…pizza,” with the cadence of Reggie Fils-Aimé) this past weekend. Otherwise, you can sit back and enjoy the absurdity. You may have heard about the “fix the game” chants from the crowd at large when the game constantly crashed or didn’t work (partially due to cell tower issues, which could have easily been fixed with providing wifi), but maybe you haven’t seen “my shoes are soaked from all the Pokemon out there....

Games time forgot: Comix Zone

Welcome once again to Games Time Forgot, wherein I attempt to highlight a game too old or obscure to remember, but fail, and am subsequently mocked for it. I never got to playComix Zoneas a child. Being a Nintendo fanboy, I refused to eventoucha Genesis, no matter how potentially interesting its games may have been. Now free of my fanboyism and able to look back at the system’s library with a relatively unbiased viewpoint, I see what I was missing....
