Charmander is objectively the most powerful generation one starter Pokemon

It’s science It has been known for 20 years now: Charmander is the right choice. For one, its tail is on fire. For two, it’s a lizard, which is better than a turtle or a whatever Bulbasaur is supposed to be (some sort of gremlin, probably). For three, it evolves into a dragon. You can’t beat that. But those are all very feely reasons to pick Charmander during the first visit to Professor Oak....

Cliff Bleszinski is showing off scrapped projects, and DragonFlies sounds so damn cool

I would’ve played this Boss Key Productions, the developer responsible forLawBreakersandRadical Heights, closed its doors yesterday. It was a sad day — as it always is when these sorts of things happen — but this one felt a little more unfair. The studio only got to release one game andit was legitimately good. It just never found an audience and that’s all she wrote. Boss Key founder Cliff Bleszinski noted that he’s going to take some time off work to reflect....

FFXIV: All new Furnishings added in patch 7.1

Every patch forFinal Fantasy XIVbrings a lot of new items to collect and use, and patch 7.1 is absolutely no exception. Along with new gear, minions, and mounts, there are also a lot of new furnishing items up for grabs. The furnishing design team seems to have decided that we need more modern furniture pieces, and I, for one, am not complaining, but this doesn’t mean there isn’t a selection of traditional pieces within the additions....

Helldivers 2 Warbonds explained

As one of Sony’s premiere games-as-a-service, it’s a bit of a given thatHelldivers 2would come with its own integrated battle pass/season pass of sorts. That’s where the game’s Premium Warbond feature comes into the picture, but it’s not all too obvious how to purchase it! Notably, even though youcanpurchase separate customization options inHelldivers 2(and they’re cheaper than the industry standard), the game’s main progression feature is its Warbond. Both the baseline and the Premium Warbond come positively loaded with weapons, cosmetics, and Super Credits (the premium currency), to the point where you won’t be hard-pressed to interact with additional purchases if you don’t want to do so....
