The Avengers are going to get still more gaming love as Ubisoft Quebec is currently developingMarvel Avengers: Battle for Earthfor Xbox 360 and Wii U. The title will be a motion-controlled affair and is said to feature twenty characters from the Marvel universe and will feature interactive environments, “inspired by iconic Marvel comic artwork and the Secret Invasion storyline.” There’s another little tidbit in the press release which caught my attention, a quote from Ubisoft’s Toby Key who references the title’s, “extensive combinations of characters, motion-controlled moves and competitive gameplay....

Black Friday deals sees bold return from Microsoft titles Microsoft Studios’Sea of ThievesandMinecraft: Xbox Editionboth leapt into the Top Five of the UK Charts last week, following huge Black Friday deals which saw Xbox One consoles slashed in price. At many high street retailers, shoppers were able to pick up the green-and-black box for less than £150. I did not attempt to get all the treasures inUncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. I just happened to stumble across several of them, and that’s only because they were glowing and sparkling. A couple of notable updates on theAssassin’s Creed: Brotherhoodfront, PC gamers. Perhaps most important of all, Ubisoft won’t be using theabsurd DRMincluded withAssassin’s Creed IIand other titles. To play single-player, you’ll only need an Internet connection for the initial login, according to Joystiq.
